Our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we are unable to supply your order, we will contact you via email to discuss alternatives or cancelling. In the case of cancelling your order, the funds will be paid back to you via the original payment method.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order, at our sole discretion without reason.

Orders that are incorrectly addressed, refused, undeliverable, or otherwise returned to me will be refunded (minus the cost of shipping) once they are in my possession.

Any order which is not returned to me, unfortunately, cannot be refunded so please make sure your shipping information is correct.

Names: Please understand if a package needs to be held for any reason or is being delivered to a mail room, a legal ID with a name matching that on the package may be required to pick it up. If returned, the shipping cost of these is not refundable.

Payment

Payments are taken through WooCommerce’s Woopayments. I currently accept most major credit/debit cards and purchases through Apple and Google pay. I do not currently accept PayPal or Cheques.

Please note all orders are charged in GBP so conversion fees may apply depending on your card retailer’s T&Cs.

Delivery

I ship to the address provided at checkout, please make sure this is correct. If I notice any obvious mistakes I will contact you directly.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing, packaging, and shipping, though many orders will ship sooner than this.

I ship using Royal mail whose business days are Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays or worker strikes. Please check Royal mail’s website for all service delay or disruption information.

  • The standard shipping options available are 2nd Class (2-3 business days) or 1st Class (1-2 business days). Both include £20 insurance and are untracked.
  • If your order total exceeds £20, I would recommend upgrading to a tracked service as this would provide insurance up to £150
  • Tracked services include: Tracked 24, Tracked 48 and Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. 

Please note all deliver options (Excluding Special Delivery) are based on delivery aims not guarantees.

  • The standard shipping option available is Royal mail’s international Standard. It includes £20 insurance and is untracked.
  • If your order total exceeds £20 or is needed by a specific date, I would recommend upgrading to a tracked service as this is a more reliable service and provides insurance up to £250.

  • Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
  • Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days

Refunds

If a refund is provided, it should arrive to your original payment method in 3-5 business days.

Digital downloads and customisations are non refundable.

I accept cancelations within 2 business days, ONLY if your order has not yet been dispatched and did not contain digital products. Please contact me asap if you wish to cancel your order.

Returns

I strive to produce high quality and lovable products. However, if you are unsatisfied, you are welcome to return all eligible purchases within 30 calendar days for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.

Please note, you will be responsible for the return postage cost.
Digital downloads and customisations are non refundable.

Items must be in their original condition and must be returned within 30 days. After this window, your item isn’t eligible for a refund.

  1. Contact me to begin a return.
  2. Send the item back (Buyers are responsible for return costs)
  3. Inspection (I will inspect the item to ensure it is still in its original condition.)

After inspection, a refund will be issued for the item price. This does not include shipping costs.

Items must be in their original condition. This includes being free of signs of wear and tear, stains, excessive pet hair, odors (for example, cigarette smoke or perfume), or in any other condition other than the one in which it arrived. I reserve the right to refuse a refund and dispose of any item that I consider to no longer be appropriate for resale.

Orders must be returned within 30 days. After this window, your item isn’t eligible for a refund.

I will not provide a refund until your item is in my possession  and has been thoroughly inspected to ensure it’s still in the original condition.

After inspection, a refund will be issued for the item price. This does not include shipping costs.

Lost Packages

While rare, some packages occasionally get lost in the postal system.

A package is considered missing only if it has not arrived after the due delivery:

  • 10 business days (UK)
  • 20 Business Days (Europe)
  • 25 business Days (Rest of the World)

If your order fits this criteria you will be issued a full refund or replacement.

Business Days – any day which is not a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday.

Damaged Goods

If your item arrived damaged I am happy to offer a refund or replacement where possible. However, I will need a few things from you for insurance purposes before I am able to do so.

I will need high quality photos in good lighting of the entire damaged product, photos of the outside of the package, and photos of the inside of the packaging including any packaging materials.

DO NOT throw away the damaged item or packaging until instructed to do so. Additional photos may be required for the insurance claim.

Incorrect Addresses, Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Orders that are incorrectly addressed, refused, undeliverable, or otherwise returned to me will be refunded (minus the cost of shipping) once they are in my possession.
