Free Lime Crochet Pattern - Notes

Hello, and Happy Friday to you all!

This is my Free lime crochet pattern! Create your own sour lime, perfect for a hot summers day - though I wouldn't recommend eating this one! These adorable crocheted limes are great to decorate your house or as a handmade alternative to those plastic fruit toys for kids.

This is the latest crochet pattern, released free to all you wonderful Hookers, as a part of my Free Pattern Friday collection. While I can’t promise a free crochet pattern every week, I will always try my best and appreciate all your support!

For this pattern, you will need to know the following stitches, listed below. As always, feel free to customise the yarn colours and materials as you like.

  • […] indicates a series of stitches to be repeated
  • (…) represents stitch count you should have once round is completed

For this free pattern, I recommend using DK weight yarn with a 3.5mm sized hook. You can change the yarn and hook size according to what you prefer, I have a list of which hooks to use with what yarns here.

The DK yarn that I use is Stylecraft Special DK, however I have had similar success with brands such as Hayfield Bonus, Paintbox and King Cole Value.
